DISCOVER HANOI’S DIVERSE CUISINE

We will begin our trip around Hanoi to savor the city’s cuisine at 9:30. Our friendly tour guide will come and welcome you at a designated pickup spot or at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

If someone mentions Hanoi cuisine, most people would immediately think of one of the most popular dishes, which is Pho Ha Noi. With a delicate harmony of rich broth, fragrant herbs, tender beef or chicken, and a variety of other fresh ingredients, it has become an unforgettable culinary symbol.

Strolling around Hanoi, you can stop for a cup of Ca phe trung (Egg coffee), which is made with egg yolk, coffee, and condensed milk. The blend of condensed milk and egg yolk is whisked until it’s fluffy, then poured onto a good cup of drip coffee. 

Lastly, for lunch, we will have a delicious dish of Banh tom. The light batter wraps around a firm, juicy shrimp, and then it is fried until it has a crispy golden color. It is served with a well-balanced dipping sauce and a side of fresh, clean herbs and vegetables. Each bite brings out the shrimp’s natural sweetness.

After that, the tour will end at your accommodation at around 12:30.
