We will begin our trip around Hanoi to savor the city’s cuisine at 9:30. Our friendly tour guide will come and welcome you at a designated pickup spot or at your hotel in Hanoi.
If someone mentions Hanoi cuisine, most people would immediately think of one of the most popular dishes, which is Pho Ha Noi. With a delicate harmony of rich broth, fragrant herbs, tender beef or chicken, and a variety of other fresh ingredients, it has become an unforgettable culinary symbol.
Next, let’s enjoy a bowl of Xoi che, which includes mung bean sticky rice and sweet soup. The sticky rice is skillfully made so that each grain is plump and tender, with a bright golden color. It is paired with a sweet soup, called che hoa cau, that is light and refreshing.
Strolling around Hanoi, you can stop for a cup of Ca phe trung (Egg coffee), which is made with egg yolk, coffee, and condensed milk. The blend of condensed milk and egg yolk is whisked until it’s fluffy, then poured onto a good cup of drip coffee.
For lunch, we can visit a restaurant that was recommended by Michelin, called The East. The restaurant serves high-quality Indochinese cuisine, especially Vietnamese cuisine. Here, you can enjoy a diverse menu featuring both traditional flavors and creative twists, all prepared with premium ingredients and elegant presentation. There are also Hanoi’s famous dishes, such as Bun cha, Pho cuon, and La Vong grilled fish, that you can also try.
After that, the tour will end at your accommodation at around 12:30.
