Simply fill out our Custom Tour Form to share your preferences, interests, and travel dates. Our travel experts will design a personalised itinerary that matches your exact needs. Or else you can choose one of our suggested plans and send us an inquiry for that package.
No credit card or bank details are required at this stage.
2. Receive a Custom Quote
Based on your inquiry, the Ftrip Asia team will create a detailed travel proposal including destinations, accommodations, meals, and transportation options.
We’ll then send you a personalized quote based on your travel duration, group size, and selected services.
3. Refine Your Itinerary – Free of Charge
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s anything in the itinerary or service plan you’d like to adjust, let us know!
4. Confirm Your Booking & Pay a Deposit
Once you’re completely happy with the proposal and agree to our terms and conditions, simply confirm your booking via email. Our team will then guide you through the payment process.
5. Make the Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 15 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

6. After We Receive Your Deposit
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin securing your bookings and issue the relevant travel documents:
- Hotel vouchers: within 48 hours
- Flight tickets (if applicable): 2–4 weeks before departure
- Visa (if applicable): within 5–10 working days
In rare cases, certain hotels or services may become unavailable during the deposit process. If this happens, we’ll immediately inform you and propose alternatives of equal quality and value.
If none of the alternatives meet your expectations, your deposit will be fully refunded.
