THE JOURNEY TO NIGHTLIFE CUISINE

The tour will start at 6 p.m., when we will come and greet you at your place in Hanoi's Old Quarter

Firstly, we will savor one of the most popular street foods in Vietnam, which is Banh mi. Its crispy crust wraps around a rich filling with pate, meat, herbs, and vegetables... This is also a food that can be customized; you can choose the ingredients you like best to make a loaf of Banh mi that suits your preferences.

Then, we will enjoy another flavorful food, called Nem lui. This food is made from minced lean pork, is seasoned with spices, then wrapped around fresh lemongrass sticks and grilled over charcoal until golden brown. It is served with rice paper and a colorful plate of side vegetables, including figs, pineapple, carrot, cucumber slices, and fresh herbs. You will wrap all the ingredients in the rice paper and dip it in a rich peanut sauce for a perfect balance of smoky, fresh, and nutty flavors.

After wandering around the city, we can refresh ourselves with a bowl of Hoa qua dam (fruit salad). It is made with a variety of tropical fruits like watermelon, dragon fruit, mango, banana, and strawberry, which are grown in Vietnam.  These fruits are cut into bite-sized pieces and served in a bowl with yogurt, condensed milk, or fresh milk.

Let’s end our food tour with a cup of Ca phe trung (Egg coffee). This unique drink combines strong Vietnamese coffee with a creamy layer of whipped egg yolk and sweet milk.
